Assistant services are $45 per hour; if you use 15 or more hours for the month, your invoice will automatically be adjusted to $40 per hour. We value your patronage!

Organizing services are $75 per hour for the Main/1st Organizer. We very often work in pairs or small teams depending on the scope of the project. To make this affordable, additional Organizers are only $45 per hour (so, a 2-person team is $120, a 3-person team is $165)

Almost never. For the rare projects outside our coverage area, we will discuss in advance of beginning the project and would assess the standard IRS mileage rate of $0.53 cents/mile.

No. Competing services often charge a yearly membership fee on top of their hourly services but we believe in charging you only for services and not piling on additional fees.

For Organizing projects, we charge $100 for the consultation which often includes detailed project plans and designs. The $100 is then credited back to you on your invoice assuming we move forward on the project together.

We bill by the hour with a two-hour minimum for your first service. Services are billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. Chicago Organized Home fronts most purchases and expenses (such as groceries, dry cleaning, etc) and they are billed along with your hourly rate.

We require a credit card be kept on file, but Chicago Organized Home pays upfront for most purchases and invoices monthly. Personal checks are accepted at our discretion. We also accept PayPal.

After our initial consultation, we will do our best to match you with the appropriate person based on your needs and availability. And you have the option to meet and approve anyone that is providing service in your home.

We require 24 hours notice if you are canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. Notification may be done via e-mail or telephone. If notification is not received, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of time scheduled.
