We want to earn your business and create a lasting relationship with you. We want to meet you in person just as much you want to meet us! It’s really the only way to get to know each other and truly understand your needs and objectives. Each consult is unique and we take our time to thoroughly discuss a project plan with you and to create a project estimate.

We charge $100 for Organizing consults but you’ll get that credited right back on your invoice once awarded the project.

There is no fee for closet design consultations.

Organizing, packing/unpacking, and day-of-move coordination services are $75/hr for one organizer, $70/hr each for a team of two organizers, and $65/hr each for a team of three or more organizers.

Business Hours

Our business hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Evening and weekend rate is offered on an ‘as available’ basis. Please inquire directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Coverage Area

We provide services throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs within 30 miles. Projects outside this area we will assess on an individual basis and do our best to accommodate. For projects that are outside our coverage area, we assess the standard IRS mileage reimbursement fee for each Organizer servicing the project. We will only charge the mileage outside the included 30 miles. For example, if you live 40 miles away, we will only asses the mileage rate for 10 miles roundtrip.

We will discuss this with you during your consult and the mileage fee will be included in your estimate. No hidden or last minute surprises!
